After many years of practicing dentistry, I am beginning to plan for the future of our practice. To ensure the continuation of high-quality care for both our patient and staff, I will be transitioning to part-time hours. I am pleased to share that Dr. Ruchika Desai will be taking over ownership of the practice and assuming the majority of patient care responsibilities.

I have known Dr. Desai for many years, and I can confidently say she is a dentist who shares my philosophy when it comes to patient care. Our practice has always focused on treating patients like family - providing honest, individualized care in a warm and friendly environment. Dr. Desai is deeply committed to these same values. She believes in compassionate, patient-centered dentistry, lifelong learning, staying current with advancements in the field, and building strong, personal relationships with patients. With her leadership, you can rest assured that the welcoming atmosphere and standard of excellence you have always known will remain unchanged.

Dr. Desai earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. As a student, she ranked first in her class during her final year and was awarded the prestigious Hintermann Scholarship. Her husband, Dr. J.D. Desai, also a dentist, completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at NYU College of Dentistry and currently owns a private practice in Tucker, Georgia. Together, they are proud parents of a two-year-old son, Rishaan.

For me, each day in this practice has felt like a family reunion. I am deeply grateful for our kind, loyal patients and the exceptional staff who have made my career such a joy. It is an honor to welcome Dr. Ruchika Desai, and I look forward to you meeting both Dr. Ruchika and Dr. J.D. Desai as we enter this next chapter together.
